  • Yes. All members must commit to a three-month minimum when joining. After the first three months, your membership becomes month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.

  • After the initial 3-month commitment, yes. To cancel, contact the North Loop front desk at 612-200-8100 at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your cancellation will apply to the following month—no refunds will be issued for the current month.

  • Your unused service rolls over and is banked for future use—up to a limit of 4 rollover services at a time.

    • If your account has 4 unused services, no further services will accrue until one is redeemed.

    • If no services are redeemed within 6 months, your membership will automatically be canceled.

    • All accrued services must be used within 12 months of their purchase date—any unused services after that time will be forfeited.

  • You may redeem rolled over services from previous months, along with your monthly service.

  • Membership services are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

  • Yes! Members may receive early access to events, exclusive offers, and occasional invitations to members-only experiences. While we don’t overpromise, we love surprising our Society members with perks!

  • Because membership treatments are pre-paid at a discounted rate, we are unable to apply Aspire® or Allē® points as a discount on those services. However:

    · You can still earn points for qualifying treatments received through your membership.
    · You can redeem points on any non-membership, full-price services that are eligible for Aspire or Allē rewards.
